Our group got the chance to interview an amazing local business called Vien Dong. We got to learn so much about their history, background, and what goes into making their food. This restaurant really makes you feel like home, when you taste your first bite into their food until the last. The vegetables are picked out fresh every morning and it really gives you that secured feeling that the food is always fresh. As a family run based restaurant, it's a really welcoming environment! We are really thankful that we got the opportunity to interview this local business. If you haven't been to Vien Dong Here in Tacoma, WA you should totally stop by and try their amazing pho!
